Our method is intricate and well structured. We start with the planning phase, making sure each step is laid out and clarity is achieved on requirements, timelines and the overall objective of the hire.

With candidate solicitation, we make sure that we have complete and authentic information about the candidate. Each and every candidate we present has been met with in person for a comprehensive interview; this keeps the process personalized and avoids an experience that feels transactional.

After analyzing the data based on our social recruiting strategy, highly detailed summary reports are developed for every suggested candidate. We then short list and provide top 3-4 qualified contenders to appear for the final round of interviews.

Throughout the entire interview process; we remain active in the background by project coordinating the interviews and gathering feedback. Proper and timely follow up to both sides is critical in maintaining a highly personal, respectful and enjoyable interview experience for all. Once we are close to finalizing a candidate, we run background checks and establish extensive employment referencing. In addition, we support both our clients and our candidates through the negotiation phase and ensure comprehensive guarantees to our clients on their hires.
